1).把闸杆放入铝盘安装槽中;
1)Putting the rod in theinstallation flume of aluminium tray.
2).把定位片(location unit)装入铝盘销孔;
2)Putting the location unit inthe aluminium tray.
3).把定位片(location unit)装到位,螺钉紧固即可。
3)Confirm location unit was installed exactly,fixing the screw .
3. 安装与测试
3.Installation andtesting
(1)将人体综合测试仪表头安装在三辊闸开口处,用固定夹固定后,用螺丝固定.
(1)Installing Combo-Tester Kitmeter on the open position of tripod turnstile, using clip fix themeter and then using screw.
(2)人体综合测试仪表头手腕带”right”处侧面的绿色线作为开关信号线,连接软件控制板的第三连接孔固定(我司都已安装好)
The green leads located on"right" side of Combo-Tester Kit is switch signal wire, whichshould be connected to the third jack of software controlplate(installed already before shipment)
(3)人体综合测试仪”left”面插孔为仪器DC 12V电源插头,DC 插头为直径3.5电源适配器.
(3)The socket be located atCombo-Tester Kit left side is the DC 12V power adaptor(diameter3.5)
(4)仪器底部为左右脚测试插孔,用”1”线连线端子测试踏板的左边,用于测试左脚,用”2”线连接测试踏板的右边,用于测试右脚.
(4)The bottom of the meter aretesting jacks of feet, using cable “1”connecting left footstand, left foot can be tested, using cable”2”connecting rightfootstand, right foot can be tested.
(5)把工厂电源接入三辊闸内部,连接1 &2角(见图2)
(5)Inserting power which used inthe factory into the inside of tripod turnstile, plugging into 1&2 hole.(see Pic 2)
4.此设备为单方向通行(见附图3)

(2)检查接线是否与接线图一致,检查所有插头是否有松动:检查设备是否接地可靠;确认无误后可上电调试。
(2)Checking if coils are in accordance with theabove pictures, if all plugs slack or not, if all equipment begrounded .When you confirm all is ok, testing can beproceed
4 .Function testing
(1)开闸功能测试：当三辊闸有开闸信号后，三辊闸会自动解锁，通行方向指示器变为绿色箭头，等待行人进入，当超过设定时间后仍无人通行，设备会自动复位。
(1)Opening floodgate test: whentripod turnstile has openning floodgate signal, tripod turnstilewill be automatically operated, the indicator will become greenarrow and await passengers going through. Systems automaticallyreposition if passenger does not pass in regulatedtime.
(2)落杆功能测试：切断电源，闸杆落下；接通电源后电磁铁会产生磁力，即可进行手动升杆；.升杆方法：先用力压杆然后再抬杆至水平位置卡住即可。
(2)Dropping rod test: when it’spowered off, the rod will automatically drop. when it’s powered onelectromagnet will cause magnetism, so we can go up rod by hand.Rod rise method: Press rod down with great strength and then liftrod to level position.
●注意:测试过程中突然断电,闸杆落下,但通电后一定要用手压杆然后抬杆至水平位置,测试方可继续
●CAUTION:If operator meetinterruption of power supply suddenly during test, the rod willautomatically drop, but when it’s powered on again, operatorMUST press rod down with greatstrength and then lift rod to level position, testing can beproceed.

(1)在搬运安装三辊闸过程中,当心不锈钢划伤手.
(1)During transit and installation, please takenotice of stainless steel lacerating hands.
(2)未经许可，设备上请勿添加外围设备且确保系统接地可靠，保证设备工作的**可靠
(2)Don’t add additional equipmentoutside tripod turnstile without permission and make sure groundsystem is reliable.
(3)此仪器为继电器信号开启三辊闸，测试过程中禁止测试者用力拍打三辊闸。如在测试过程中测试者用力拍打三辊闸，使测试表头受到震动，继电器信号触发，导致测试结果失误。
(3)SURPA-8888 has relay signal tostart tripod turnstile, swatting tripod turnstile is prohibitedduring test. If operator swat tripod turnstile with heavy pressureduring test, SURPA-6506 tester may feel the shake and trigger relaysignal, thereby cause Fail testing.
(4)此仪器在测试过程中,操作员工按测试按钮的时间必须控制在2秒左右，测试稳定可靠;如按测试按钮速度特别快时(<1秒)，仪器将有1/50毫秒的速度来触发继电器，使测试结果不准.
(4)Time of pressing button have to becontrolled in about 2 seconds during test, and then testing isstable and reliable. However if press button speed is quitequickly(<1S),testing results may not be correct as instrumenthas 1/50 millisecond to trigger relay.
