纳米喷涂技术  

    纳米(符号为nm)是长度单位,原称毫微米,如同厘米、分米和米一样,是长度的度量单位,一纳米大约就是0.000001毫米。
所谓纳米技术,是指在0.1~100纳米的尺度里,研究电子、原子和分子内的运动规律和特性的一项崭新技术。科学家们在研究物质构成的过程中,发现在纳米尺度下隔离出来的几个、几十个可数原子或分子,显著地表现出许多新的特性,而利用这些特性制造具有特定功能设备的技术,就称为纳米技术。

 

纳米喷涂是纳米技术在工程中的应用,它是在物体表面形成一层致密纳米涂层的新型喷涂技术。涂层内含有高硬度、高耐腐蚀性纳米材料,���以提供多种颜色和光泽,是一种环保、经济、耐用的表面处理。

  纳米涂层不是牺牲涂层,不提供牺牲保护,表面划痕可能引起原材料的侵蚀,但其**的耐酸、耐盐碱性以及高强度、高稳定性,在一定程度上可取代电镀处理。
