Anti-static mat
Now a lot of factories are using , but there are some in use often not the right place. Some factories use laid directly on the desktop, there is no connection to earth, which is not a good guide to static earth. Some plants will pad the ground wire connected to the ground through the mat mat electrostatic grounding wire guide earth, this is wrong, grounding wire should be used in parallel way and can not be used in series, a ground wire but mats damage will result in paralysis of the entire ground system, will seriously affect product quality.
I still have some plants with anti-static mat spread on the ground, as with anti-static mats, which is undesirable, durability as , laying on the ground, long-term use will advance aging, antistatic performance will advance decay from affecting product quality. Eventually, one point is to always clean, as long dirty volume resistance would have an impact, reducing its anti-static properties.
